RADAR Skin Health | Including Schedule A — Data Handling Boundaries

Effective date:

1. Scope and acceptance

These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of www.radarskinhealth.com (the "Website") operated by Bantham Radar Limited ("Bantham"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. Effective date: 23rd October 2026.

2. Company information

Bantham Radar Limited. Registered office: The Station House, Station Road, St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, PE27 5BH. Company number: 13599757. Contact: info@banthamradar.com.

3. Website versus clinical services

The Website provides information about RADAR Skin Health and enables visitors to make enquiries or request demonstrations. These Terms do not themselves grant access to the RADAR Skin Health app or case management platform, nor do they constitute a clinical service contract. Platform use by Healthcare Providers is governed by separately agreed contractual terms, including service schedules and data processing provisions. Where a patient is invited to use the app, applicable patient-facing instructions, privacy information and Healthcare Provider arrangements also apply.

4. No personal medical advice or emergency service

General Website content is provided for information about the service and does not constitute a diagnosis, medical opinion or individual treatment recommendation. The Website is not monitored as an urgent clinical channel. Do not use a contact form to report an emergency or seek time-critical clinical advice. If immediate medical attention is required, contact emergency services; for other urgent NHS advice use the appropriate NHS route. Nothing here limits any duty imposed by law.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep Website information accurate and current but may amend content, features or availability without notice. Descriptions of functionality, integrations, certifications, regulatory status, outcomes or performance are illustrative unless expressly verified and agreed in a signed contract. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website access. We will take reasonable care in operating the Website.

6. Permitted use

You may browse the Website and use its ordinary enquiry functions for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, upload malware, scrape at a scale that degrades service, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, or transmit unlawful or misleading material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users or legal compliance.

7. Enquiries and information you provide

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge when requesting contact or a demonstration. Please do not send patient-identifiable data, photographs of skin conditions or other sensitive clinical details through general enquiry channels. Submission of an enquiry does not create a customer contract or obligation on Bantham to supply services.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Website content, trademarks, branding, software descriptions, designs and materials belong to Bantham or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation, provided notices remain intact. You must not reproduce, adapt, distribute or exploit materials commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Third-party websites

The Website may link to external websites or services for convenience. We do not control their content, security or privacy practices and do not endorse them merely by linking. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our separate Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Website’s cookie notice and consent controls. Acceptance of these Terms does not itself constitute consent to optional cookies or marketing.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Bantham is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general Website material as a substitute for clinical advice, or for failures outside its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. For business visitors, Bantham excludes liability for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising solely from use of this informational Website, so far as legally permissible. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer rights or separately agreed customer contracts.

12. Changes and suspension

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website applies to subsequent use. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Material changes to contracted Platform services are governed by the applicable customer agreement, not these Website Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can seek to resolve it.

Schedule A — Data handling boundaries

A1. Website enquiries: Bantham normally acts as controller and processes personal information under the Privacy Policy.

A2. Clinical submissions through the Platform: the relevant Healthcare Provider normally acts as controller and Bantham as processor, subject to a written data processing agreement.

A3. Healthcare Providers are responsible for providing appropriate patient notices, determining lawful clinical processing and controlling authorised user access.

A4. Bantham must implement its contractual security and confidentiality commitments and assist the Healthcare Provider with applicable processor obligations.

A5. Website Terms do not authorise independent use of identifiable patient information for marketing, AI model training or other unrelated purposes.

A6. In any conflict concerning contracted Platform processing, the executed customer agreement and data processing terms prevail over this informational schedule.
